Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Debit, and Foot Lounge Gift Cards. All Foot Lounge services, packages, and gift cards are non-refundable.

TIPS ACCEPTED IN CASH ONLY

We are dedicated to creating a positive experience for our guests. If you are happy with your service, gratuity is greatly appreciated and can be given directly to your practitioner. The Spa industry standard for tipping ranges from 15 - 20% of the service price.

GIFT CARDS

The gift card must be presented at the time of redemption. Protect this card as Foot Lounge will not reimburse or replace lost or stolen cards. Not redeemable for cash and is non-refundable. Cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only. Gratuity not included. Foot Lounge terms and conditions apply. One year expiration from date of purchase.

Cancellation policy

No-shows and cancellations impact our business and our guests significantly. When you book an appointment, we reserve, or in some cases bring in practitioners just for your appointment. Therefore, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel your appointment as a courtesy to your practitioner and fellow guests. RMT cancellation requires 48hrs notice to avoid cancellation fees.

Failure to meet this requirement will result in a full charge for the missed appointment. If you have a Foot Lounge gift card or prepaid sessions and you no-show or cancel without sufficient notice, you will forfeit your gift card or prepaid session.

For group bookings of 2 or more we require a credit card to hold your booking. Nothing will be charged to your credit card, it is simply required to hold your group booking. You may use a different form of payment when you pay for your treatments on the day of your appointment. A 48 hours cancellation policy applies. Failure to cancel or reschedule 48hrs prior will result in a full charge for the missed appointments.

"No-Show" Policy

Foot Lounge considers it a "No Show" if you cancel less than the required cancellation notice period –or even worse–if you do not show up at all. Your appointment time is reserved only for you and it is a simple courtesy to inform us if you will not be able to make your appointment. If you did not show up for an appointment our cancellation charge does apply. You may also be restricted to walk-in only and we would require a credit card to book your next appointment.

Late arrivals

If you will be running late for your appointment, please let us know ahead of time so we don't give away your appointment. If we don't hear from you, we give a grace period of 10 minutes before opening up your booked time slot to others. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to give yourself time to relax, use the restroom, and change into more comfortable clothing if needed.

Arriving late will simply shorten the time for your treatment, as we must complete your service by the designated end-time in order to appropriately accommodate the next guest. The full price for the original booked treatment will still be charged.

Cell phones

At Foot Lounge, quiet and calm are of the utmost importance to our guests – that's why we ask that you turn your cell phone to vibrate before entering Foot Lounge. Out of courtesy for your fellow guests, please turn off your notification sounds and refrain from using your phone speaker.
